Part 2: Wanted Poster

For part 2, you will produce cultural artifacts reflecting your analysis of how a character in the film might be treated as criminally deviant through the lenses of race, gender, class, sexuality, etc. You must use course readings and lecture material to conduct your analysis. Specifically, you will be creating a  “Wanted Poster”

You must write a short paper explaining your choices and logic for the poster. Below are the assignment guidelines

1. Write 3-4 sentences about why you chose a particular character for the assignment — walk us through your logic about how this particular character’s experiences and positionality provide a compelling perspective from which to understand intersectionality and punishment. Cite at least 1 reading.
